Blackjack Games

Blackjack is a hasardgame which is simular to baccaret. Blackjack is very common on casinos.

General Rules
The game is about coming as close as possible to the number 21 without getting "fat".
With other words having a number which is greater than 21. Also you need to have
better cards than the dealer.
The Jack, Queen and the king is equal to the number 10.
The Ace is equal to the number 11 or 1.
If the player gets 21 on the 2 first cards, this is called Blackjack. In this case the player
will get 1 and a half times the stake, if not the dealer also gets blackjack.

If both the dealer and the player has 17, 18 or 19, this is the case where the
dealer will win.
If both the dealer and the player has 20 or 21, then it is equal and the player
keeps the stake.

However in general, 17, 18, 19, 20 means that the player keeps the stake which also
is known as "push".

The game starts with getting 2 cards from the dealer. Now you will choose to get
a new card if you want to take the chance to reach as close as possible to the number 21.

There are over a hundred different variants of the game and each casino chooses to
have their own. Some things that can differ are:

* How big the payment is for Blackjack
* Doubles
* Split of cards
* Number of pack of cards
* Tie

Pack of cards

The number of pack of cards is usually 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8. How many pack of cards that
are used has in impact on the banks house edge.
The more pack of cards, the higher edge.

Double and split

The number of pack of cards is usually 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8. How many pack of cards that
are used has in impact on the banks house edge.
The more pack of cards, the higher edge.

If the player gets 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 on the 2 first cards, the player has the possibility to
double the stake. In this case the player will put as many marks as already are on the table.
After this the player will only get 1 more card. If the card is an ace, then it will count as 1.

If the player has 2 card with equal value, the player have the possibility to split.
In that case the player will put as much money as the stake was from the beginning.

Blackjack strategies

For every scenario that can happen in Blackjack, there is an optimal way for a player to
play the cards to reduce the house edge. The player can also reduce this edge by
"Counting cards". But if the pack of cards are shuffled during the play, this is not
a very good method.
As with all casino games, the house/casino will on average win over the players.
Players in general gets back about 97%.
